Unless you are a graduate of the early childhood education diploma program delivered by an Ontario College of Applied Arts and Technology or a program that is approved by the College, you will be required to undergo an individual assessment of educational qualifications. As part of this process you will provide detailed information regarding your education. The College will then conduct an assessment to determine whether your education is equivalent to the current program standard used by the Ontario Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology for the early childhood education diploma program. This assessment not the letter of equivalency will determine if you become a member. Please see Section 6 of our Application Guide for more information.
