For detailed information on our operating cost breakdown in previous years and audited financial statements, our Annual Reports can be found on our website here.
Specific operational costs vary from year to year. In early 2024, the College moved to a new, smaller office space, as part of our ongoing modernization efforts to better serve the public and support our members. A reduced physical footprint reflects our shift to a remote-first organization and supports the efficient use of resources. We’re sharing the space with two other regulatory colleges, allowing us to share best practices with similar organizations.
The number of College staff also changes over time, as demand for service and support grows. At present, the College employs around 85 people, the majority of whom work in roles that interact directly with members.
