Yes. It is mandatory for you to fulfill the requirements of the CPL Program, as set out in the Continuous Professional Learning Regulation under the Early Childhood Educators Act, 2007. As regulated professionals, all RECEs must do so, regardless of employment status, role or practice setting. This includes members who are retired or working outside the scope of practice.
