This would be a false declaration and you could be found guilty of professional misconduct.
If the College determines that you have falsely declared completion of your CPL requirements, you will receive an email about your possible non-compliance with CPL Program requirements. The email will include instructions for how you can confirm your compliance.
If the College does not receive confirmation of your compliance within 30 days, the Registrar will provide a notice of intention to suspend your Certificate of Registration for failing to comply with CPL Program requirements. You will be asked to submit your CPL records to the College for review within 60 days.
Your Certificate of Registration may be suspended by the Registrar if you do not comply with a requirement of the CPL Program.
