This is a response by the Registrar to an individual who has applied to become a member of the College. It means that, after the assessment of an applicant’s file, the Registrar is not satisfied that the applicant has met all of the requirements for membership with the College. The Registrar is proposing to issue a Certificate of Registration that will be subject to terms, conditions or limitations in order to protect the public interest. The terms, conditions or limitations on the Certificate of Registration will provide details of any steps that must be taken and the timeline for so doing.
