A Proposal to Refuse to Issue a Certificate of Registration is a response by the Registrar to an individual who has applied to become a member of the College. It means that, after assessment of the applicant’s file, the Registrar has concluded that the applicant has not demonstrated that they meet all of the requirements for issuance of a Certificate of Registration.
